A cross firm team has advised De Kuyper Royal Distillers on its acquisition of Archers Peach Schnapps from alcoholic beverage company, Diageo.

The acquisition was led by Chris Towle (corporate team leader). He was supported by Rory Chatterton (corporate), David Lowe and Amrita Rai (commercial), Kate Swaine and Zoe Pearman (IP), Tom Rank and Helen Hibbert (tax), and Hannah Swindle (employment).

Archers Peach Schnapps is a clear fruit schnapps that is sold internationally and adds to De Kuyper's premium cocktail liqueurs portfolio, making the company the world leader in the peach liqueurs category. This acquisition fits very well in the vision of De Kuyper: "Own The Cocktail ".
