Our Equity Capital Markets team has acted for Shore Capital (nomad and joint-broker) and H & P Advisory Limited (joint-broker) on i(x) Net Zero plc's IPO listing on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange.

i(x) Net Zero plc focuses on energy transition and sustainability in the built environment and has raised gross proceeds of £10.7 million on AIM admission through the Placing, Subscription and Primary Bid retail offer.

These additional funds raised will allow the Company to further exploit the significant market opportunity to deploy capital that has the power to improve the sustainability of the planet and its communities. Admission to AIM marks the next step in i(x) Net Zero's development and provides it with access to the London market, which the Board considers to be at the centre of the impact-investing universe.

The Gowling WLG team was led by corporate partner, Jeff Elway, assisted by legal director Caitlin Cumming and associate Abby Parkin.

Jeff Elway said: "The timing of i(x) Net Zero plc's listing is well aligned with the increased interest being shown by the investment community in sustainably-led businesses. As advisers we are witnessing many other instances of businesses in this space using their listings as launch pads to significantly expand so it's great to have been involved in this prime example of the trend."
