Cross-firm team advises Fortino Capital on its investment in Flowlity

Founded in 2019 by Jean-Baptiste Clouard and Karim Benchaaboun, Flowlity is a French company specializing in SaaS software for supply chain planning. 

To support its growth, Flowlity raised funds (series A) with Belgian fund Fortino Capital for an amount of 3 million euros. 

Gowling WLG advised Fortino Capital with M&A and private equity partner Barbara Jouffa, and associate Géraldine Gonzalvez.

Labour law (Gaëlle le Breton, partner; Fatéma Akbaraly and Albert Lam, associates), Commercial contracts (Philippe Rousseau, partner) and IP departments (Clémence Lapôtre, senior associate, and Inès Seddiki, associate) were involved in the due diligence work. 

Flowlity was advised by Mermoz Avocats, with partner Martin Kyuchukov.
