Gowling WLG France advises Safran Corporate Ventures and Engie New Ventures on their investment in Ineratec

Ineratec is a German start-up that provides modular plants to convert "green" hydrogen, made using renewable electricity and biomass CO2or captured CO2, into carbon-neutral fuels like e-methane, e-diesel and e-kerosene.

To scale-up sustainable e-fuel production, the German start-up has completed a Series A financing round with Safran Corporate Ventures, investment arm for high-tech startups from aeronautics group Safran, and Engie New Ventures, Engie's venture-capital subsidiary dedicated to innovative startups accelerating the energy transition.

Gowling WLG France advised the investors with M&A and private equity partner Barbara Jouffa, and senior associate Mathias Briatta.
