Lloyd Douglas Solutions acquired by Syntronic

On October 3, 2022, Syntronic, a global engineering design house, announced that it had acquired Lloyd Douglas Solutions Inc. ("LDS").

LDS, headquartered in Ottawa, Ontario, provides turnkey manufacturing and rapid prototyping services to Tier 1 technology leaders and offers a unique industry value proposition with expertise in collaborative Design, Rapid Prototyping, New Product Introduction, and Low to Medium Volume Manufacturing. For LDS, the acquisition instantly adds design capability and will also promote the growth of its manufacturing business.
 
The acquired company will operate as Syntronic Production Services Canada Inc.
