M&A and private equity team advises Ventech and Chalfen Ventures on their investment in French startup Reveal (series A round)

Founded in 2019 by Simon Bouchez, Perrine El Koury and Gautier Machelon, Reveal is the first French platform for partnerships, marketing and sales teams to generate revenue through their ecosystem.

To support its growth and to expand its international coverage, Reveal raises 50 million dollars in a series A round led by American fund Insight Partners, with participation from British fund Eight Roads Venture, and also DigVentures, Ventech, Chalfen Ventures, LocalGlobe and Kernel.

Gowling WLG France advised Ventech and Chalfen Ventures with M&A and private equity partner Barbara Jouffa.
