Public Sector team appointed to Crown Commercial Service's Public Sector Legal Service Framework

Our Public Sector team has been appointed to Crown Commercial Service's (CCS) Public Sector Legal Service Framework for the next four years.

This framework is available to all local authorities as well as those public sector bodies that can use RM6240, such as those in that operate in Health, Education and Emergency Services as well as the Third Sector and Social Housing organisations.

CCS supports the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services. In 2021/22, CCS helped the public sector to achieve commercial benefits equal to £2.8 billion - supporting world-class public services that offer best value for taxpayers.

Gowling WLG has been appointed as a supplier to provide a full legal advisory service in England and Wales as well as a specialist service for transport and rail.
