Our Real Estate team has advised HM Government on its new leased office within Birmingham Business Park.
The deal signals the biggest letting in more than two decades at the business park and will see HM Government take two self-contained buildings – which are 22,235 sq ft and 15,274 sq ft respectively. The office space has been taken on a 10-year lease at the Solihull Parkway site.
Gowling WLG advised HM Government on all aspects of the letting's legal process including structuring, real estate and tax. The team was led by partner Felicity Lindsay with support from partner Lee Nuttall and principal associate Angela Perry.
