Our Real Estate team has been appointed by partnership housing developer, Lovell Partnerships.

The appointment, which followed a competitive tender process, will see Gowling WLG advise Lovell Partnerships on housing development and regeneration, corporate, planning and construction matters.

Lovell is a partnership housing expert and a leading provider of residential construction and regeneration developments across England, Scotland and Wales. The company is a subsidiary of the Morgan Sindall Group plc, and joins an impressive roster of housebuilding clients at Gowling WLG.

Duncan Murphy, partner at Gowling WLG, said: "We are very proud to have been appointed by Lovell Partnerships. This is brilliant news for the firm which will see us use our real estate knowledge to assist one of the most well-known names in the industry. The appointment enables the firm to build on our extremely strong track record of delivering high quality legal services to housing developers and the new build industry. We look forward to building on this new relationship with Lovell and the wider Morgan Sindall group."

Tonia Atkinson, head of legal at Lovell Partnerships, said: "We're pleased to welcome Gowling WLG on board as our new legal advisers. The creativity shown by the team during the tender process really stood out to us and we're excited to work with them moving forward."
