On February 10, 2022, UK-based Zopto, a cloud-based lead generation tool with dedicated IP address, announced that it had been acquired by Republix Group.

Republix, headquartered in Toronto, Ontario, is a coalition of marketing agencies on a mission to connect businesses with predictable results. Driven by a vision to consolidate the fragmented marketing industry, Republix is changing the landscape by acquiring best-in-class agencies and amplifying them to ignite growth for their customers.
