On January 31, 2023, Brookside Capital Partners ("Brookside") announced that it had acquired minority ownership in Formula Solutions Inc. ("FSI"). 

FSI is an advanced composites design, engineering and manufacturing company headquartered in Burlington, Ontario.

 Toronto-based Brookside is a private equity firm that seeks buyout and growth equity investments in smaller, middle market businesses with exceptional management teams.
