On June 21, 2023, CNJ Capital Investments Inc. (TSXV: CNJ) completed its initial public offering of 3,000,000 common shares in its capital for gross proceeds of $300,000. Haywood Securities Inc. acted as agent for the offering. 

Proceeds of the IPO will be used by CNJ Capital Investments Inc. to identify and evaluate assets or businesses for acquisition with a view to completing a "Qualifying Transaction" under the TSXV's capital pool company ("CPC") program.
