Decisive Group acquired by Calian

On December 1, 2023, Calian® Group Ltd. (TSX: CGY), a diverse products and services company providing innovative healthcare, communications, learning and cyber security solutions, completed its previously announced acquisition of Decisive Group for up to $74.7 million.

Decisive Group is a leader in the IT infrastructure and cyber security services business in Ontario. It designs, builds and maintains enterprise IT infrastructure and hybrid cloud, as well as manages and protects data. Its customer base includes Canadian government departments and agencies as well as some well-established commercial and enterprise clients.

Gowling WLG advised the founders of Decisive Group in this transaction with a team that included Daniel Scott, Lorraine Mastersmith, Carole Chouinard, Ian Therrien and Emily Howe.
