On November 10, 2023, Integracare Inc. announced that it had acquired Living Assistance Services.

Living Assistance Services provides senior care, in home elderly care and senior home care services in the Greater Toronto Area. The company has served thousands of clients and families since 2000. 
 
lntegracare is the market leader in private home healthcare in Toronto and Mississauga, providing a wide range of private nursing care and personal support services for individuals in their homes, hospitals, retirement residences and long-term care facilities.
