Mawson Gold closes Mawson Oy sale

On December 20, 2023, Mawson Gold Limited (TSX: MAW) (Frankfurt: MXR) (PINK: MWSNF) announced that it had closed its previously announced transaction with Springtide Capital Acquisition 7 Inc. ("Springtide"). 

Pursuant to the transaction, Springtide acquired all of the issued shares and inter-company debt of Mawson Gold's wholly-owned Finnish subsidiary Mawson Oy, which holds the Rajapalot gold-cobalt project, for total consideration of $6.5 million.
