MÊME COSMETICS acquired by Pierre Fabre Group

On April 12, 2023, the Pierre Fabre Group announced the acquisition of MÊME COSMETICS. 

MÊME, based in Paris, was launched online in 2017 by Judith Levy Keller and Juliette Couturier as the first cosmetics brand fully dedicated to people affected by cancer. Following this transaction, both women will continue to manage the company.

Pierre Fabre is the second largest dermocosmetic laboratory in the world and the second largest French pharmaceutical group.

Gowling WLG advised the founders of MÊME with respect to this transaction with a team that included Pierre Faure and Claire-Hélène Doré, among others.
