Our private equity team has advised UK SME investor Mobeus on its £19.6m minority investment in Intralink Group, a business development and innovation consultancy that specialises in securing commercial deals between western and Asian tech and sustainability businesses.

Intralink enables western companies to expand in Asia, Asian corporates to harness the power of international innovation, and governments to grow their exports and attract foreign investment. Intralink is headquartered in Abingdon, Oxfordshire, and has more than 130 employees operating from 14 offices across Japan, China, Korea, Taiwan, the USA and Europe.

The legal team advising Mobeus was led by Neil Hendron (Partner) and Chelsie Taylor (Senior Associate), supported by Hannah Gough (Associate) and Orissa Kaur (Paralegal). Colleagues from our China office, partner Vivian Desmonts and associate Jiayi He also advised on the China related aspect of the investment.

Commenting on the team's role, Neil Hendron said:

"It has been a pleasure to work with the Mobeus team on this exciting investment into an impressive business. Intralink's mission is to accelerate their clients' growth, innovation and green transition through cost-effective, results-driven global engagement and we look forward to its continued growth and success in partnership with Mobeus. A huge congratulations to all at Mobeus and Intralink."
