On May 1, 2023, Rileys Enterprise Solutions Inc. ("Rileys") acquired the assets of Gateway Visual Communications Ltd. ("Gateway"). 

Rileys is a full service print and graphic communications company headquartered in Calgary, Alberta, with three additional locations in Canada and two in the US.

Gateway, located in Mississauga, Ontario, offers a full line of business communication services from creative design, marketing communications, web site development, CD-R and DVD-R duplication, small and large format digital printing and complete finishing and fufillment.

Gowling WLG advised Rileys with respect to this acquisition with a team that included Robert Hagerman, Zafar Jaffer and Katherine Klein.
