Roxborough Group acquires motorcoach division of Foley Bus Lines

On May 5, 2023, the Roxborough Group ("Roxborough"), a leading Ontario-based passenger transportation company, announced the successful acquisition by its wholly-owned subsidiary, 417 Bus Line Limited, of the motorcoach division of Foley Bus Lines. 

Founded in 1959 by Duncan McRae and Bernard Villeneuve with just one school bus, Roxborough has grown to operate close to 890 vans, buses, and coaches in Eastern and Central Ontario.

Foley Bus Lines is a family-owned and operated transportation company that was founded by Joe Foley in 1961.
