Effective January 31, 2024, 15610541 Canada Inc. ("156") acquired from Star Produce Ltd. its Inspired Go business. 

Founded in 2018, Inspired Go is a Calgary-based salad supplier that specializes in delivering its ready-to-eat meals directly to its customers.

Gowling WLG was counsel to 156 for the acquisition, with a team that included Frank Sur, Andrew Wong, Simanpreet Panaych and Andrew Miles (corporate), assisted by student-at-law Jada Perkins.
