On October 17, 2024, the owners of ANC Inc. successfully closed the sale of all of its shares to Simply Solventless Concentrates Ltd.
ANC is a contract pre-roll manufacturer in Canada’s cannabis industry, based in Edmonton, Alberta. Headquartered in Calgary, Alberta, Simply Solventless Concentrates offers, processes, formulates, manufactures, and sells a portfolio of terpene-rich solventless concentrates for the cannabis market.
