Global corporate team advises on dual listing of Pulsar Helium Inc.
Our Capital Markets team has used its combined Canadian and UK expertise in relation to the £5 million funding and AIM admission of Pulsar Helium Inc., a Canadian TSX-V and OTCQB listed company with helium assets in Minnesota and Greenland.
The transatlantic team was led by Alex Davidson, principal associate in London and Canadian partner Brett Kagetsu in Vancouver, supported by partner Charles Bond and associate Freddie Whittle in the UK and partner Michael Schalke and associate Ethan Chang in Vancouver.
The funding was undertaken by way of a placing for new common shares with new and existing investors. Admission will become effective and that dealings in the Common Shares will commence on AIM at 8.00 a.m. on 18 October 2024.
Commenting on the significance of the deal, Alex Davidson said: "It has been an absolute pleasure to assist Pulsar to come to the London market, especially during such challenging times, and to be part of such a significant milestone for the company."
Thomas Abraham-James (President & CEO of Pulsar) said: "Dual listing on London's AIM exchange represents a pivotal achievement for Pulsar Helium, a success that I attribute much credit to my colleagues and trusted advisers. The Gowling WLG team was instrumental in navigating the complex Admission process, demonstrating a comprehensive grasp of both UK and Canadian regulatory landscapes. Their professionalism, combined with their personable approach, has made our collaboration not just effective, but genuinely enjoyable.
