On April 15, 2024, Uni-Grip Inc., in a cross-border transaction, acquired the assets of Trim-Gard Company Limited, a manufacturer of auto moldings for the aftermarket headquartered in London, Ontario
Uni-Grip, headquartered in Upper Sandusky, Ohio, manufactures extruded rubber seals and edge trims for industrial clients of all sizes and areas of business.
