Yanos Aerospace target of management buyout
On June 19, 2024, the majority owners of Yanos Aerospace Inc. ("Sellers") successfully closed a management buyout of the company.
Yanos Aerospace, headquartered in Calgary, Alberta, is a leading provider of PC-based, data acquisition, monitoring and control systems, working within the aerospace, manufacturing, oil and gas and power generation industries.
