Mary M. Thomson recognized in Who's Who Legal: Product Liability Defence

Mary M. Thomson was recently recognized as one of the world's foremost product liability lawyers in Who's Who Legal: Product Liability Defence. In their feedback, clients and peers made reference to her "enviable reputation," adding that she is "well known" for her "business-oriented advice."

One of Canada's pre-eminent litigators, Thomson is co-leader of Gowling WLG's Global Litigation & Dispute Resolution Group and head of its Product Liability Group. Over the past three decades, she has represented clients in some of the country's highest profile litigation cases in her field. Frequently appearing in court for matters related to product liability - particularly involving pharmaceuticals and medical devices, as well as consumer products in general - she is widely recognized for her expertise in class actions and life sciences, including health law, consent law and privacy law.
