She is the former co-leader of the firm's Mining Group and remains especially active in the global resource industry.
With more than five years' experience practising law in Venezuela before moving to Canada about 18 years ago, Tenaille is well-versed in the legal system, culture and business practices of Latin America. Having Spanish as her first language, Tenaille regularly advises Canadian and international clients on a broad range of Latin American matters, including cross-border M&A and transactions in the region's energy and mining sectors. Earlier this year, Tenaille was also recognized among Latinvex's top 100 mining lawyers specializing in Latin America among international law firms for 2018.
