Gowling WLG global IP team shortlisted in MIP Awards 2018

The global intellectual property team of international law firm Gowling WLG has been nominated in multiple categories at this year's Managing Intellectual Property (MIP) Awards. MIP is one of the world’s most respected IP publications.

This year, Gowling WLG has been recognised across several of its key jurisdictions -Canada, Russia, the United Arab Emirates and the United Kingdom - and acknowledged for its core IP expertise in patents, trade marks and designs.

These nominations follow Gowling WLG’s great success at last year's MIP Awards, where it was named UK Patent Contentious Firm of the Year, Canadian Patent Prosecution Firm of the Year and Canadian Trademark Prosecution Firm of the Year. As well, Christopher Van Barr was named Canadian Litigator of the Year.

The MIP EMEA Awards will take place on 8 March 2018 in London and the MIP Americas Awards will take place on 15 March 2018 in New York City.
