Natalie Rizkalla-Kamel receives 2020-21 Leadership Recognition from ABA Intellectual Property Law Section

29 July 2021

Toronto-based Gowling WLG partner Natalie Rizkalla-Kamel has been awarded a Leadership Recognition for the 2020-21 year from the American Bar Association (ABA) Intellectual Property Law (IPL) Section.

With a depth of experience in all matters of IP law and litigation, Rizkalla-Kamel is one of only a few international associates on the ABA-IPL continuing legal education (CLE) Board, and serves as vice-chair of the ABA's International Associates Action Group. She often acts as a liaison between the two groups and participates in the organization of various CLE programs and networking events for the ABA-IPL Section.

With the help of Rizkalla-Kamel's hard work and planning efforts, the ABA-IPL Section hosted its first virtual international networking event during this year's IPLSPRING Virtual meeting, which allowed several international attendees to meet and network remotely via breakout rooms for Asia, North America, Europe, and Latin America.
