Named a Stonewall Top 100 Employer in 2019, Gowling WLG is recognised among the UK's best employers for their outstanding efforts to create an inclusive workplace for lesbian, gay, bi and trans employees, according to the latest Workplace Equality Index.
Gowling WLG is benchmarked following the evaluation of ten areas of employment policy and practice, and through the anonymous surveying of staff across the organisation discussing their experiences at the law firm.
