Gowling WLG welcomes new business law associate to its Montréal office

Gowling WLG is pleased to announce that Melissa D'Errico-Provencher has joined the Business Law team at the firm's Montréal office.

Melissa practises primarily in the area of banking and finance. She has rich experience in the negotiation, drafting and implementation of bank securities, as well as in the review of loan documents related to various transactions and commercial operations. Her practice also encompasses business and corporate law.

After graduating from the Université de Montréal's Faculty of Law, Melissa articled at a major Canadian financial institution and subsequently joined a renowned finance law firm, where she was able to hone her skills and gain experience in the field.
