Digitalisation of the international contemporary art market: Gowling WLG (France) advises Ventech on Singulart fundraising

Gowling WLG (France) has advised Ventech in relation to Singulart's Series A.

Singulart, an online contemporary art gallery that allows collectors and art lovers alike to buy works of art in complete security, has completed a €10 million fundraising with Ventech, the Fonds Ambition Amorçage Angels (F3A) of the Programme d'investissements d'avenir (PIA) managed on behalf of the French government by Bpifrance, Turenne Groupe and FJ Labs. The Paris-based startup had already raised €1.5 million in 2019 and plans to continue its international expansion.
