Gowling WLG welcomes Melissa Roth to its Employment, Labour & Equalities Group in Canada

Gowling WLG is pleased to announce that Melissa Roth has joined its Employment, Labour & Equalities (ELE) Group in Canada. Based in our Waterloo Region office, Melissa brings a strong track record of helping clients navigate an array of complex employment law matters and disputes.

Over the course of her career, Melissa has advised public and private sector clients on human rights issues, wrongful dismissals, employment contracts, grievance arbitrations, collective agreement negotiations, policy development, workplace investigations, and occupational health and safety, among other areas. She routinely represents her clients' interests before the Ontario courts, the Ontario Labour Relations Board and the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario.
