Gowling WLG lawyers appointed to Advocates' Society 2022-2023 leadership positions

The Advocates' Society (TAS) has appointed Gowling WLG lawyers Heather Fisher, John Sorensen and Alyssa Tomkins to practice group leadership positions for 2022-2023. Together, they will be responsible for enhancing TAS membership benefits, fostering collegiality among advocates within their designated practice areas, and supporting all TAS advocacy initiatives.

Their appointments are as follows:

  • Heather Fisher, member-at-large for the Insolvency Litigation Practice Group
  • John Sorensen, chair of Tax Practice Group
  • Alyssa Tomkins, chair of Regulatory and Administrative Law Practice Group
