Gowling WLG is delighted to welcome new partner Derek Young to its Commercial Litigation Group.
Derek, who speaks English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, has represented clients at all levels of British Columbia's Provincial and Superior Courts. He has also appeared before various provincial and federal tribunals throughout his 20-year legal career.
His broad litigation practice includes commercial disputes, breach of trust claims, as well as debt recovery and other forms of creditors' remedies.
"I take a lot of pride in combining technical legal skills with pragmatism in my work, and I feel this has served me well in terms of offering balanced and constructive counsel to clients," says Derek.
