Aimee Hassell

Aimee is a London based senior associate in the corporate team, her practice involves advising clients on a broad range of corporate matters with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, indirect real estate and insurance backed transactions. Aimee has experience in sectors such as healthcare, retail and real estate. After training and qualifying at a leading American law firm in London, Aimee took time out to raise a family. Now firmly back in the legal world, she has further experience advising both public and private companies both on domestic and complex international transactions.

Experience

• Advised Cairngorm Capital Partners LLP on the merging and acquisition of its portfolio company, E-zec Medical Transport Services with another leading medical transport service provider;
• Advised L&G Investment Management on a mandate from ReAssure Limited for the disposal of the corporate structure holding Grosvenor Shopping Centre;
• Advised a LuxCo Seller on its disposal of their industrial park;
• Advised L&G Affordable Homes in a 50:50 joint venture with housing association Metropolitan Thames Valley Homes targeting the delivery in London and the South East, over the next seven years;
• Advising UniCredit on the demerger of a joint venture;
• Advising Umbro on a 30% disposal of various parts of its international business; and
• Advising Zentiva on its dual listing in Prague and London.
