Alison advises Trustees on a wide range of pensions matters. Her pensions practice encompasses advisory work, drafting pension scheme documentation and handling discrete projects. She enjoys helping clients find pragmatic solutions to their pensions issues and navigate the ever-changing regulatory landscape.

Her diverse client roster includes trustees of defined benefit, defined contribution, hybrid schemes and master trusts.

Her recent experience includes:

• Supporting a large master trust with its approval process
• Supporting Trustees through their GMP equalisation projects
• Advising on transfers to master trusts
• Training trustee boards on regulation and compliance
• Reviewing DC SIPs and Chair's Statements
• Advising on transitions to fiduciary managers and to new administrators
• Working on scheme closures
