Andrew Avis

Andrew Avis is an associate in Gowling WLG's Toronto office. His practice is focused on corporate, mergers & acquisitions, and capital markets.

Andrew assists issuers and underwriters in connection with corporate finance transactions, including initial public offerings, bought deals, and other prospectus offerings and private placements. He is also experienced in advising corporations on mergers & acquisitions, corporate governance, continuous disclosure requirements, and other regulatory and compliance issues.

Prior to joining Gowling WLG, Andrew worked as a corporate securities associate at a leading regional Bay Street firm.
