Andrew Bitz

Andrew Bitz is an associate lawyer in Gowling WLG’s Calgary office. His practice focuses primarily on insurance defence litigation with an emphasis on motor vehicle accidents (tort and accident benefits), occupier’s liability and insurance coverage.

Prior to working at Gowling WLG, Andrew worked for a regional firm in their insurance practice group and a national insurance company.

He routinely represents his clients during private mediations and settlement conferences. Andrew has appeared before the Alberta Court of Appeal, Court of King’s Bench, and the Alberta Court of Justice.
