Anna Ohanyan

Anna Ohanyan is an associate in Gowling WLG's Toronto office, and a member of the firm's Infrastructure and Construction Industry groups. Her practice focuses primarily on major infrastructure projects, with a focus on public-private partnership (P3) projects.

Anna acts for procuring authorities, private sector partners, principal subcontractors, and other stakeholders, in connection with procurement, financing, and the implementation of infrastructure projects. She assists with the drafting and development of bid phase documents and complex agreements for a wide variety of infrastructure projects.

Prior to joining Gowling WLG, Anna worked at an international law firm in Toronto and, prior to that, practised law in Eastern Europe, where she worked primarily in public service, gaining experience in public policy review, development and implementation.
