Experience

Acting for a student accommodation provider on its acquisition of a Luxembourg based property-holding SPV and a UK based SPV for £53.5 million and the subsequent refinancing. Acting for private equity house Lloyds Development Capital and Solid Solutions on LDC's exit from the Solid Solutions Group by way of sale to TriMech.
