Bio
Qualified as an attorney with the Bar of Paris since 2002, Antoine Pampouille's main practice areas are renewable energy and infrastructure project finance, corporate finance and real estate finance.
In the renewable energy sector, he advises the main financial players (banks and investment funds) as well as independent power producers.
He advises his clients when setting up financing for projects outside of France.
He also acts for mezzanine lenders.
Antoine Pampouille holds a Magistère-DJCE from the University of Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas (2000) and an LL.M. from the New York University School of Law (2005). He is also a member of the New York Bar.
