Ariane Lefebvre

Ariane Lefebvre is an articling student in Gowling WLG's Ottawa office.

Ariane completed her JD in the French Common Law Program at the University of Ottawa. Ariane was the French Common Law representative for the Health Law Students' Association and the undergraduate student member on the University of Ottawa's Senate Appeal Committee. She was also a legislative development intern to the Honourable Senator Yvonne Boyer, where she gained valuable knowledge and experience on Indigenous health law in Canada. Additionally, Ariane has over four years of experience working directly with the physician members at the Canadian Medical Protective Association as a contact centre representative.

Prior to entering law school, Ariane completed a bachelor of health sciences with honours from the University of Ottawa. During her undergraduate studies, Ariane was involved with numerous organisations such as the Canadian Centre for Mental Health and Sports, the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada and the Ottawa Research Institute. Ariane was also a varsity student-athlete on the University of Ottawa's women's basketball team.
