Caroline Mercer is an associate in the Advocacy Department of Gowling WLG’s Toronto office. She is involved in a wide variety of complex commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters.
Caroline completed her Juris Doctor at the University of Ottawa, where she worked as a research assistant on a project focused on legal governance of AI in healthcare, and was a legal intern at the Samuelson Glushko Canadian Internet Policy and Public Interest Clinic. She spent a semester abroad at the University of Glasgow.
Prior to attending law school, Caroline worked in journalism and marketing. She holds a Master of Journalism from Carleton University.
