Caroline Mowat

Caroline Mowat is an associate in Gowling WLG’s Hamilton office and a member of the Advocacy Group. Caroline assists clients in a wide range of commercial disputes, as well as with negligence and professional liability claims.

Prior to joining Gowling WLG, Caroline articled and practiced at one of Canada’s oldest and largest insurance litigation firms. She then worked as in-house counsel for a leading property and casualty insurer and financial organization. She was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2016.

Caroline is currently completing her LLM in Dispute Resolution at Osgoode Hall Law School. She is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Ontario Bar Association, the Hamilton Law Association, the Hamilton Lawyers’ Club, and the Burlington Chamber of Commerce.
