Charles Bayne-Jardine

Charles deals with mixed use land developments, instant residential development site acquisition and strategic land.

He is also a Scottish qualified solicitor and has dealt with property transactions in Scotland from mixed use developments and commercial property leases to property portfolio acquisitions.

Experience

  • Acting for the division of a national housebuilder since 2005 for acquisition of residential development sites including managing the plot team required for sales of completed dwellings following acquisition. This included acting in relation to collaboration agreements and consortium agreements with other national housebuilders.
  • Acting since 2005 for a national developer in relation to acquisitions and sales of retail parks, sales of serviced parcels of residential land, promotion agreements and option agreements.
  • Acting in relation to funding, acquisition and sales of commercial premises in Scotland including student accommodation, hotels, dentists practices and office buildings.
  • Acting in relation to sales of redundant stores for a regional retailer including sales to developers including store relocation agreement.
