Charlie Bond

Charlie Bond is a Birmingham-based senior associate who advises on all aspects of intellectual property law, with an emphasis on brand management, as well as trademark and patent disputes.

He has developed wide-ranging contentious and non-contentious intellectual property experience, having advised clients from, amongst others, the technology, food and beverage and automotive sectors. For example, he is currently involved in the global management and enforcement of the intellectual property rights of Dyson and Weetabix.

Charlie is a proactive and commercially minded individual that will work tirelessly to get the best outcome for his clients. He recently enhanced the skills he offers clients by completing the UCL IP Transactions Course.

Charlie's talents extend beyond the firm. He is also involved in several charitable organisations, including the Birmingham Legal Advice Clinic, which provides free legal advice to individuals that would not otherwise be able to afford it.
