• Working as part of a team advising an investor on lettings with a take up of over 60,000 sq. ft. in a newly re-developed building in central Manchester.
• Working as part of a team on the financing for a Modal's portfolio of IOS properties.
• Advising on the disposals and acquisitions of hotels in Sunderland (Premier Inn) and Brighton (Maldron Hotel).
• Working with institutional and private equity real estate investors in acquiring UK real estate across all sectors.
• Working with industrial developers on pre-lettings, leases and investment disposals, nationwide.
