Christina Pawliszyn

A partner in Gowling WLG's Waterloo Region office, Christina has developed wide-ranging legal experience having trained in civil litigation, family law and real estate. Whether she is working with area businesses or individuals and families, her approach is always client-centered. She understands the importance of timely client communication in a manner that is clear, concise and easy to understand.

A member of the firm's Real Estate Group, Christina's practice focuses on commercial and residential real estate, as well as commercial financing. Christina effectively and efficiently represents individuals and business owners in connection with a wide range of purchases, sales, leases and financings involving:

  • commercial properties
  • industrial properties
  • farmland
  • multi-unit properties

Christina proudly serves as secretary on the board of directors of the Women's Crisis Services of Waterloo Region that aims at empowering women to move beyond violence.
