Christina Pawliszyn

An associate in Gowling WLG's Waterloo Region office, Christina has developed wide-ranging legal experience having trained in civil litigation, family law and real estate. As a member of the firm's Real Estate Group, Christina's practice focuses on commercial and residential real estate, as well as commercial financing. Christina represents individuals and business owners in connection with purchases, sales, leases and financings involving commercial properties, industrial properties, farmland, multi-unit properties, and more.

Whether she is working with area businesses or individuals and families, Christina's approach is always client-centered. She understands the importance of timely client communication in a manner that is clear, concise, and easy to understand.

Christina is currently serving as secretary on the board of directors of the Women's Crisis Services of Waterloo Region.
