Christy Morgan

Christy has been a paralegal in Gowling WLG's commercial development and investment team since 2022 and will be joining us as a trainee solicitor in August 2023. Christy has provided support on many large portfolio acquisitions and disposals, lettings and development schemes for clients such as Royal London Asset Management Limited, St Modwen Developments Limited, LXI REIT plc, Knight Frank Investment Management, Red Bull and Government Property Agency. She has gained broad real estate experience through her involvement in both the landlord and tenant side of deals and works closely and collaboratively with her team members, clients, and other professionals to ensure every transaction runs smoothly.
