Connie Cliff

Connie Cliff helps clients to manage their strategic employment, board and senior executive issues, and resolve employment law disputes quickly and commercially.

Employment law is a complex and fast-moving discipline so clients need an adviser who understands how the latest case law and legislative changes affect their situation. In such a constantly changing climate, an extremely high level of current awareness is critical together with capture and dissemination of knowledge.

As a dedicated Professional Support Lawyer focusing on current awareness and know how, Connie keeps the employment team and clients up-to-date on the latest important developments through the delivery of weekly training to the employment team and client alerts, including the highly regarded annual Year Review and Year Preview round-ups.

Connie and all the employment team ensure clients are always on top of developments through various conduits ranging from detailed analysis to tweets.

"In the fast-moving world of employment law, keeping up-to-date with legislative and case law developments is essential. I enjoy working in such an ever-developing field and reading the latest judgments and legislation and distilling the need-to-know points to my colleagues and clients in a clear way. As a professional support lawyer, I have the capacity to consider the latest development and provide analysis for both lawyers and clients."
